In this strategic game, players assume the roles of these masked Lords, recruiting adventurers to complete quests on their behalf. The more quests completed, the greater control and sway they hold over the city.

Expand the city by acquiring buildings that unlock new possibilities within its walls. Utilize intrigue cards to aid your progress while also impacting your fellow Lords’ pursuit of ultimate rule over Waterdeep!

Lords of Waterdeep is an engaging turn-based strategy game played over 8 rounds and offers both AI opponents and multiplayer options for up to 5 human players. Players strategically assign their agents to various tasks, such as recruiting adventurers for their tavern or acquiring new buildings for the city. Accumulate points and resources by completing quests, playing intrigue cards, constructing buildings, or having other players utilize your structures. When the 8 rounds are complete, bonus points are awarded, and the player with the highest score emerges as the victor of Waterdeep!
